One great
thing all
governments of
planet Earth
should at
least do is to
create:
a Ministry of PeaceThis would help enormously the state of the world and our future survival and fulfillment. Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living,
The
greatness of life
depends on our
capacity to expand
our mind and heart
to the entire world,
to all peoples, to
the infinite
universe and to
eternity. Humans are
so lucky, compared
with animals: we can
extend ourselves to
the godhead, we can
lift our eyes and
hearts to the
heavens.

Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas

~ Idea 3376 ~
We do not live
in a democracy
anymore. We
live in a
moneycracy.
Money and
those who hold
it rule the
world and our
lives. A
thorough world
survey of this
fact would
reveal a
pretty
frightening
situation, an
aberration in
the evolution
of humanity on
this planet.
We need
urgently an
ecocracy, the
rules and
requirements
of our home
now in peril
of
destruction.
The Natural
Law Party,
launched in
the world by
British
scientists
seems to be a
great promise
and new hope;
it recommends
that all
humanity and
all
institutions
follow the
laws and rules
of nature. I
urge the
Natural Law
Party to
propose a
Natural Earth
World
Government.
Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living,
How
wonderful it is to be
able to say at the
moment of death that one
has been a good, honest,
just and kind person
during one's life,
helping to improve the
human condition and
preserve our beautiful
Earth.
*As we proceed on the trail of life, we should often visualize this very last moment of reckoning, of total review of our passage on Earth as one of her and God's children. And then why not consider leaving this earthly incarnation with a smiling face?

The main
objective of
money should
no longer be
to create new
factories, new
productions
and more
consumption
but to permit
the financing
of world and
local common
services,
especially
public
services and
activities
that would
give an income
to all peoples
of the world.
This thought
came to me
this morning
when I saw
several
gardeners
working on the
grounds of the
UN University
for Peace.
They create
beauty, not
anything
essential,
consumable but
they receive
an income
which permits
them to live
and to have a
family.
Perhaps the
World Treasury
proposed by
the Nobel
Economics
Prize winner
Jan Tinbergen
of Holland
should be
created.
Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living,
One of
the great lessons I
have learned from my
religion is to make an
examination of
conscience, a daily
balance sheet of good
and bad every evening
before going to sleep.
*It is a practice which should be followed by all religions and peoples of the Earth and made part of the new global, world-wide spirituality. It is a subject which the United Religions Initiative created after the second World Parliament of Religions should place on its agenda.

The Economics Of Happiness
Peaches Help Grow Slovenia’s Gift Economy
An amazing initiative happened in Slovenia this summer. It started with a man who decided to buy a box of peaches from a local farmer while on a business trip to Vipava – a fruit-growing region. He was very pleased about the price – 1 euro per kg – which is roughly half the price… { More } More from Robert Muller: RobertMuller.org Subscribe to/or unsubscribe from Robert Muller's GoodMorningWorld.org Click on any of these tags-labels to see more entries from Robert that have the tag-label: |

[RMB #002] Robert Muller Writings From Barbara
Thank you for your email comments and so happy you are reading Most of All They
Taught Me Happiness as I post Robert's words in his well read copy. Each time he reread it, he would note the date and location and always write his thoughts in the margins.
In the Foreword he underlined the last paragraph on page 15, written by his life long friend,
Norman Cousins..in 1978
The paragraph begins
"Civilization gets its basic energy not only from its resources, but also from its hopes.....and the last line..It is a privilege to be able to introduce an open man, one who opens himself fully to his readers in the pages that follow."And Robert wrote
"How right he was, how prophetic, I still consider him, remember him more than ever when I reread this text on 19 September 2006, 28 years later, after speeches I delivered in Northern California on Happiness."And on the first empty page across from Thank You, Dr. Coue page 19, Robert wrote:
READ THIS EVERDAY:
IMPORTANT (in his red pen)
Every morning
Every evening
Self-confidence
Good confidence
and happiness
are the secrets to my wonderful, happy life
Smile every day, every hour to every person.
And at the top of chapter 1 Thank You, Dr. Coue page 19, Robert wrote
"Every day in every way, I am getting better and better"His first chapter has more sentences underlined, notes and x's next to the paragraphs then any other chapter. On page 21 Robert underlined the third sentence
"I have instinctively followed Dr. Coue's philosophy of optimism and self-reliance all my life."And he did. When sitting in our front garden, as neighbors walked by. they would stop and talk to my dear Robert and he always had his harmonica in his pocket and played ODE TO JOY to the young and old. His Bench of Dreams hold his energy and our neighbors carry his love and optimism as do our faithful readers of Good Morning World.

[RMB #001] Robert Muller Writings From Barbara
Recently I started reading Robert's personal, worn out copy of his book
Most of All They Taught Me Happiness. It is full of his personal notes and underlined passages. I am smiling as I read them..and I thought of you - our GMW readers..
I will periodically share some of these notes, underlined passages and other nurturing writing from Robert as I come across them.
Many of our GMW readers own Robert's book and I would love you to pull it out and read it again along with Robert as I share his hand written notes from the pages of his beloved Happiness book and other books and archive materials.. Copies for those who wish to order can contact: bgaughenmu@aol.com
Here are a few of the writings I came across in Most of All They Taught Me Happiness
Robert's writes his secret for old age:
"This book has become essential for my old age( 83 and 1/2 years in 2006)and on the same page I read in his handwriting:
Remember to mention it in my speeches."
"Remember the 94 year old lady who said to me that she adored this book everyday and was so happy to meet me in Solvang California in September 2006!"and he wrote a reference to Page 211 where he underlined the 3rd paragraph
"Love is the only way, the secret of secrets. Happiness is a state of mind, a click inside us, a conscious, determined decision..........".Barbara and Robert Muller

Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas
3001 to 3500
~ Idea 3374 ~
I wish that
someone would
write a book
on what the
world would be
in the year
3000 if
communism or
capitalism had
won. It is not
impossible
that communism
would turn out
better than
capitalism. At
least the
Earth would
not be
destroyed.
Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living,
How
wonderful it is to be
able to say in the
evening before closing
one's eyes that one has
been a good, kind, just
and happy person during
the day, helping to
fulfill the divine or
cosmic designs for
humanity on this
miraculous planet.

18 Things Highly
Creative People
Do Differently
"Creativity works in mysterious and often paradoxical ways. Creative thinking is a stable, defining characteristic in some personalities, but it may also change based on situation and context. Inspiration and ideas often arise seemingly out of nowhere and then fail to show up when we most need them, and creative thinking requires complex cognition yet is completely distinct from the thinking process." While the creative type is difficult to pin down, there are things that creative people tend to do differently. They daydream, observe, and seek out new experiences. Creative people are resilient and have the courage to ask big questions. This article describes eighteen features of the highly creative, which are all inspiring ways that anyone can follow to be more self-expressive and authentic. { read more } Be The Change Connect with your creative side! Daydream, take risks, be courageous, or simply observe others. Take note of how being outside the box expand your knowledge, abilities, and sense of self.
