The leaders of this planet must conceive audacious, far-reaching, future-conscious projects, even if not yet understandable to the greater public. Indeed, things change so fast that we might be overrun by them and perish under their impact.

This is why I propose that the main commissions of a new World Agency of Proper Evolution should be the commissions on compressed evolution of the best long-term. The most famous long-term evolutionary scientists, visionaries and futurologist of the planet should be mobilized for this task.

The world and humanity badly need a system of world law and justice. For example, it is nationally 'legal' for someone to join an army and to kill other human beings. But from humanity's point of view, such killing constitutes murder.

When I joined the UN as a young man after World War II I was told by many people that the UN would have no future, that it could not succeed, that it would die like did the League of Nations.

Well, I did not accept these views and decided to believe in the contrary, at least my own dreams and views. It was the right decision.

Young people are being told the same today: that there will always be wars, militaries and armaments, that a world government was impossible Well, follow my example and experience, decide to make these impossibilities possible and your life will be a great life.

If I had an eminent role in the world, I would promote an action in favor of the World Core Curriculum I conceived several years ago. Here are a few subjects I would place on the agenda.

- Could one not create a World Center of Ideas and Dreams for Paradise Earth?
- Why not extend the dimension and concerns of the World Core Curriculum much further into the universe and future?
- Collect the experiences in more than one hundred schools using the World Core Curriculum and draw a good number of conclusions from them?
- In addition to the World Core Curriculum for Humanity another one should be created for the Earth
- Which nations and official education ministries in the world have adopted the World Core Curriculum as a significant progress toward a true world organization?

When the Bangla-Desh upheaval broke out, the Ambassador of Pakistan exclaimed in response to a speech by India: "What you call right to self-determination, we call treason." How many times do we see people called patriots by one side and traitors by the other! This can end only after humanity has organized itself into one family under one government, one world morality, and one world law and ethics. The world's 191 unnatural national tribes must be molded into one Earth community.

I have opened and should continue to keep and nourish a file dealing with my successes and failures during my life.

I have already a long list which I should continue. But there are some very notable ones which I have not yet recorded, i.e. the role I played to get China back into the United Nations. Also my success in getting the World Food Program established quite a number of years ago. Also the effects of some of my writings, for example, Mr. Gorbachev who declared that my book The Birth of a Global Civilization was his bible and that he carried it along in all his trips around the world.
