In order to prevent the destruction of the Earth and assure the survival of the human species all governments should come up and adopt legally an immense number of 'prohibitions'.
If I were the head of a government I would even create a Ministry of Prohibitions or a cabinet next to me in my government.
On the other hand, I would create Ministries or Cabinets for the Future, which would deal with the enormous quantities of bottles being thrown away, excessive packaging, wastes, the foods wasted in stores, etc.

a human-made gamut: thinking, building, writing, learning, the diversity of languages and cultures, etc. Planet Earth is endowed with such a profusion of life, such a rich, joyful life!
Human diversity increases with evolution and with our growing knowledge and numbers. In these immense gamuts, in this capital reside our joys, fulfillment and our further destiny.
